🚨🚨Texas Man Arrested After Threatening TPUSA’s Erika Kirk

Authorities in Texas have arrested 26-year-old Jacob Wenske following a series of violent online threats directed at Turning Point USA (TPUSA) and its CEO, Erika KirkWenske has been charged with a third-degree felony for making a terroristic threat that intended to incite public fear of serious bodily injury and cause significant disruption to a public event. The investigation was initiated after Wenske allegedly responded to a Facebook post by a local newspaper promoting the TPUSA Women’s Leadership Summit. The specific threats included chilling statements such as, “I know exactly where to bomb,” and expressed a desire to target Erika Kirk directly. The suspect allegedly expanded his threats via email, stating that “Death to Erika Kirk and every single speaker there!!” was imminent and that “every Christian nationalist shall perish” in bombings at future Turning Point rallies.

The TPUSA Women’s Leadership Summit is slated to proceed from June 5–7 at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter along the River Walk in San Antonio. In response to the threats, TPUSA spokesperson Matt Shupe released a statement clarifying that the organization takes all security matters with the utmost seriousness. He highlighted that the safety of the 2,500+ women expected to attend is a top priority, supported by a multi-layered security infrastructure involving private security and local policeShupe maintained a defiant stance, asserting that the organization refuses to let intimidation tactics silence their message or stop the planned gathering.

The security concerns surrounding Erika Kirk have intensified significantly since she assumed the leadership of TPUSA. She took over the organization after the high-profile assassination of her husband and TPUSA co-founder, Charlie Kirk, who was killed at an event in Utah last year. Erika Kirk has faced a consistent barrage of threats during her tenure, which recently led to the cancellation of an appearance at the University of Georgia due to credible safety risks. These incidents occur against a backdrop of increasing political volatility and targeted hostility toward public figures and political advocacy groups across the United States.

Simultaneously, the legal case against Tyler Robinson, the man accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk, continues to progress in court. Recent developments include the unsealing of a federal ballistics report by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). While the report was unable to definitively link a damaged bullet jacket fragment to the murder weapon, it successfully matched a spent casing found at the scene to the firearm in question. Prosecutors also allege that DNA evidence found on the weapon and other materials at the crime scene is consistent with RobinsonJudge Tony Graf recently ruled to keep the case filings unsealed, rejecting defense motions for secrecy and ensuring the details of the ongoing investigation remain accessible to the public.
